REFUND POLICY

At Honey Bee Scouts, we are committed to transparency and trust. We understand that sometimes things change, and we strive to handle refund requests with care and fairness.

1. Donations

All donations made to Honey Bee Scouts are non-refundable. Donations support our nonprofit programs and are immediately put to use to benefit our mission. If a donation was made in error or you have a concern, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at admin@honeybeescouts.org. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Merchandise Sales

If you purchased merchandise through Honey Bee Scouts (e.g., t-shirts, crafts, or fundraiser items), refunds or exchanges may be offered under the following conditions:

The item must be returned unused and in its original condition
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect

3. Event Fees (Workshops, Camps, Fundraisers)

If you registered for a Honey Bee Scouts event and need to cancel:

Full refunds are available if cancellation is made 7 days or more before the event
Partial refunds (50%) may be issued if cancellation is made 3–6 days prior
No refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the event, as we commit to materials and staffing

If the Honey Bee Scouts cancel or reschedule an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future event.
